The Council of Europe Youth is inviting young people to engage in a range of activities surrounding deliberative democracy. It will include an international roundtable, an online webinar, a public panel, and a 2-day workshop at the European Youth Centre Budapest. The aim is to strengthen and support youth participation. The “Strengthening Democratic Resilience through Youth Engagement and Deliberative Democracy” programme will instil the importance of deliberative democracy into youth, providing them with the necessary skills to continue its legacy into the future.
